I was honestly a little sketchy to the whole iPad app for Alternative Press magazine, but once I figured out how to use it and the format of the whole app itself, I found it better and more efficient than an actual magazine.
I'm one of those people who enjoy ripping out articles or posters and putting them on my wall, but with the iPad, there are interactive parts throughout the entire issue and music samples of each band featured. I'd rather listen to a band being spoken about while reading it than rip it out and never take the time it go find them online.
It's all in one easy place. I definitely recommend it! The app is awful, i had stopped getting my monthly mobile subscription for some reason. They said that they would ship the My Chem Magazine on the 5th of October, still not in my hands. They always ship late. I once had to wait for my order for 2 months cause it kept getting delayed. I feel like it all went down hill ever since they changed it up. Over all, do not ever get a subscription or buy anything from them ever!
I repeat, ever! Hello—please email digital altpress. There's a separate department fr print issues, but we'll start here. Thank you! I like the app and am a big fan of AP. I do gotta day tho I prefer the old app a little more tho.
